With the insulation gone and the deck exposed, we can air seal every gap, top plate, can light, and penetration that’s been leaking your conditioned air for years. And we can install ventilation baffles at the eaves so your soffit vents can actually breathe.

With the attic empty, we seal top plates, wiring and plumbing penetrations, can lights, and the attic hatch — the leaks you can never reach once insulation is back down.
We install baffles (rafter vents) at the eaves so your soffit intake air flows up and out the ridge. Proper airflow keeps the deck dry, prevents mold, and protects your roof.
Air sealing + ventilation
Insulation only slows heat — it doesn’t stop air. If air is leaking through your ceiling and your attic can’t breathe, even a thick layer of new insulation underperforms and can trap moisture. Removal is your one chance to fix both.
